This house has been in our family since it was brand new and at the time we were given the choice of having a 2 or 3 bedroom layout upstairs. We chose to have 2 large double bedrooms, however, the footprint of the house is exactly the same as the neighbouring houses which we believe were all 3 bedrooms. This means that all the rooms are a good size and therefore it could easily be converted into 3 bedrooms should the need arise.

The location is very quiet and the area is well placed for access to amenities. The garden is also a very nice feature of the house and it attracts lots of sunshine throughout the day.
