Full Details for 2 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Faversham, ME13 :
The location within Faversham makes Makenade Avenue a sought after position. Imagine being able to take a short walk along the nearby footpath and over the bridge to the train station and also having great access to the A2 and motorway, ideal for commuting. When coming home from a long day, you have the bonus of being able to park your car directly outside the house in front of the garage. You can then step into your home where you can enjoy peace and tranquillity as you have no passing traffic. This is a very practical house too with two separate reception rooms, both with access to the kitchen. You can hide yourself away if you want some time alone or open up the doors to connect all of the rooms when you have friends around to socialise. The lounge is bright, due to the windows at the front of the house and the doors to the back garden. It is so quiet, you can hear the trickle of water into the pond. One of the main features of the house is the fantastic sized garden, which is well maintained and has a paved patio and mature trees and shrubs. On your day off, wrap up warm to enjoy the winter sun as you take a short walk into the market town of Faversham. Here you can enjoy sipping your favourite coffee and even browsing around the specialist shops and tri-weekly market.
We have had nine happy years here in Faversham. Faversham is a great town to live in as there is so much to do. We especially enjoy the Hop Festival and long bike rides along The Creek. The location of the property is what attracted us to the house as it is so quiet here. Having the garage is a huge bonus and has been very useful. We feel very lucky as it is only the houses at the end of the road that have garages. We have spent a lot of time on our garden and it looks beautiful. We are very proud of what we have done and enjoy many hours in the garden during the warm summer months.
