When we saw the two parking spaces here, we knew this was a massive bonus. None of the other houses had two off road parking spaces, let alone to the front of the house. We also fell in love with the garden as it is a little bigger than others that we had seen. When we looked we viewed about five houses and I suppose we just had that feeling that everything was perfect here. The position, the size, the parking everything! We will be sad to let it go but we just need to up-size now, we just hope another first time buyer like us looks after this like we have.
