I moved here over 10 years ago as I completely fell in love with the location. It's private, tucked away and lovely and peaceful yet still perfectly accessible to the town. It's incredibly convenient for commuters with frequent buses to Dorking and the mainline stations and having the beautiful countryside on my doorstep has always been a fantastic contrast giving anyone who buys this the best of both worlds. Since living here, I have upgraded the kitchen and installed a new boiler and also had the en-suite shower fitted in the second bedroom. The community here is friendly and incredibly welcoming and I'm sure anyone buying this would feel right at home in no time.
