When I bought the house 10 years ago I knew that it was in a good area as my mum lived just up the road.
The house itself was far better than anything else I had viewed and offered so much more.

I later moved on but kept the house as an investment and have had it let over recent years. Now that the tenant has moved out, I have decided it is time to sell but want to return the house to its former glory.
