We simply fell in love with the location of this property when we first came to view it. Set back in a private little part of Hawkinge it was exactly what our mum was looking for; a bit of peace and quiet in a nice little cul-de-sac.

She loved living there with a really nice community feel, everyone looks out for each other which is nice.

The house itself is easy to maintain which was great for mum and the size of the garden was perfect; enough to sit in and relax without having to spend hours pushing a lawn mower around.
