Location was a very important part of our criteria when we were looking, so once this place came along it was a straight forward decision.

We looked at several houses in our attempt to find the right place, and this had it all and more. We had never been out onto the island before, but once we came here we didn't want to leave.

The size of the garden was the icing on the cake, because we could not believe the size for a new build and it captures quite a bit of the sun too. Having so many toilets really is a bonus especially when we have visitors. It is so quiet along here and the neighbours are friendly too, so a pretty nice neighbourhood.
