We chose to live here because of the road, we had always wanted a tree lined avenue to live in and the property offered great potential. We also have the added bonus of being one of the only houses that does not have a shared dropped kerb leading onto the drive.

Since we bought this property in 2006 we have changed the windows, erected a conservatory, updated the electrics and changed the decor and kitchen. We were going to extend, but have decided to move to a larger property instead. We wish the new owners all the luck and know they will be happy here.
