My mother bought her flat a few years ago as she wanted to live in a quiet area and somewhere she felt completely safe. However, she has now had to move just round the corner into the local care home so her flat is available for a new owner to enjoy as she did.

Just outside the flat is a real sun trap and my mother loved sitting there enjoying the outlook over the communal grounds where other residents would stop for a chat. She also appreciated having all the amenities on offer and that help was on hand if she ever needed it.
