When I entered this luxurious apartment there was only one word to describe it "wow" which has since been repeated by my friends and family on many occasions.

I love the feeling of light and space and being so close to the beach. I enjoy many walks along the promenade and can sit and relax on the balcony.

The 700 bus stops just outside which goes to Brighton and Chichester which is very convenient whilst you have unrestricted parking for visitors.

Sadly I have now decided to move abroad for a business opportunity.
