I have really enjoyed living in this property as it is ideally situated, being so close to the station and South Croydon and Purley town centre. It's very quiet here, but very convenient, and with excellent neighbours and a lovely community feel, it really has been a great place to live.

It will be a sad day when it comes to handing over the keys to the new owner but I hope they enjoy the property as much as I have.
