When we originally saw this apartment the location was ideal for what we needed.

As a second home it is ideal to walk the dog over to the Westcliff, a short walk into town and the harbour also.

The block is well maintained and all the owners pay for the upkeep. It's been ideal for us and the garage is ideal to keep our car safe over the weekend
