Easy to run and relatively cheap on utilities too, so it is the perfect way to get used to 'home ownership'.

Great being able to walk into town from here, or to the station for commuting.

Grounds are always kept well with regular grass cutting and such which keeps the area welcoming.

With the family growing, we need something bigger but wish new owners every happiness here.
