When we were first looking for our first buy this property really caught our eye. It was ideally situated for us as we worked in Canterbury. Once we viewed we realised that this would make an ideal starter home for us as it has some outside space with a balcony and with two floors making it feel like a house to use. We will miss the night time views of the City and the security of being on the first floor. It’s been a good home for us for the last three years.
