There is a number of reason as to why this maisonette caught our eye, five years ago. Firstly the long lease of 900 years, which was ideal as it meant there were no issues in the future. Secondly the space it had on offer. For two bedrooms, this was still one of the biggest we had seen.

We have had this property rented out and have made a brilliant investment. Because the location attracted professional couples, giving in our opinion the best choice of tenant.
