Over the years I have been spoilt living here by the sea. Whenever I have wanted to I can just pop down the road to the beach, have a bit to eat or a few drinks at one of the fabulous restaurants or bars. I have had a seaside town on my doorstep.

I bought this as my first ever home and the main reason I was attracted to it was the size. Both bedrooms are doubles, the lounge is a fantastic space but more importantly there is a kitchen/diner, so even though I have a flat, I can still entertain visiting friends and family and sit round a table for a meal.
