When we bought this delightful and interesting maisonette it hadn't been updated in years and I instantly fell in love with its charm and original features. We then fully refurbished it.
The location was a big draw due to being so close to the station and the High Street. We have always rented the property out and have received a handsome return on our investment and always to commuters to the City or teachers to the many local schools.
