It had all I wanted and more.The neighbourhood is pretty friendly and getting around is also quite straightforward. Even though it is on the outskirts of town I have never felt isolated. Asdas is just up the road, the doctors is just around the corner and if I fancied a weekend treat then there is more than one takeaway to chose from, which is also a short stroll away which is perfect.I had the property rented out in recent years which provides a steady income, so investors this is a great option.
