When I refurbished my apartment I had two things in mind, I would like it to be a little bit different and the quality of the finish; these are what make my flat stand out from any other flats you might have seen. I have under floor heating in all rooms controlled by area thermostats, the whole apartment is lit by low voltage LED lighting, all the kitchen appliances are made by AEG and we have even fitted an induction hob.

One thing which was very important was to get the maximum amount of light into the apartment so I consulted an architect. His advice has definitely worked as all the rooms are flooded with natural light from the large windows we have fitted.
