It was ground floor with its own garden with a south facing aspect, even better and it was close to where I had been living, therefore I had no hesitation in buying it.When I was looking for a property some fourteen years ago, a majority of flats for sale at the time, were one bedroom flats, so this was another key feature for me, that it had two bedrooms, which is a benefit when visitors want to stay over. Another plus for me was whilst its on a first come first served basis, there is off street parking for two cars.The biggest feature for me was having my own garden and as mentioned earlier, it also benefits from a south facing aspect. I've enjoyed many a barbecue and entertaining during the summer months in the garden with friends and family.
