What attracted me most to this apartment in particular was the fact that it is in a block of only three other apartments, and being on the ground floor, there is easy access without using any stairs.

Although there is an allocated parking space in the car park, I use the patio doors for the lounge as my front door!

The gardens are communal, but as each ground floor flat has its own patio doors, we have our own areas that we use and I have had a little gate put at the front as well.

I've loved living here but need to move closer to family in Ramsgate.
