In refurbishing this flat we have done everything to ensure it offers maximum comfort and with a few alterations to the layout space has been divided to further enhance this.

We decided to fully integrate the kitchen with every appliance you could need including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine as we felt it would give this room a real edge. If we lived here we would probably use the separate entrance rather than the communal one as it just makes the flat feel a little more exclusive/private. Its location is like a hidden oasis and being so close to Folkestone's vibrant harbour with its trendy Harbour Arm means there is plenty to do only a short walk away from the flat.
