There were many things that attracted me to this flat when I first saw it.

The location was a gift as everything is so close. There are local shops, a Post Office, banks etc in Southwick Square so I don't need to go too far afield for life's essentials. The local schools are all well thought of and the popular Southwick Green is literally at the bottom of the road, great for walking the dog or exercising the children in the new playground. It really has something for everyone!

My circumstances have changed so that I need more bedrooms but I will certainly be looking for something with similar character and convenient location.
