We bought the property because of the central location and it has not disappointed us, it is within convenient walking distance to Chichester and is a peaceful place to live.The property is full of character and period features unlike bland new builds, the floor space was larger than most two bedroom houses we viewed in Chichester. The flat is light and airy and was one of the main points as to why we bought the property along with the fact there is a second bedroom. At the time this was great value for money compared to other properties in the area.
