I purchased this property and rented it out with very few vacant periods. It proved to be very popular with tenants and they particularly liked the security of the double entrance doors with entry phone access and a private rear garden with a separate entrance.

I've always felt Folkestone is a great place to live with plenty of amenities to suit everyone. The harbour is only a short walk from the flat with a vibrant ambience and just across the road a small supermarket comes in very handy.

Transport links are excellent with a great bus service, the M20 motorway and fast train links to London
