I have lived here for 3 years and I bought this flat mainly because of the space it has to offer, having viewed lots of other properties this one really stood out.

Since being here I have put in a new kitchen and bathroom, re-decorated and have just had new carpets laid. There is nothing to do except move straight in!!.

It's a lovely location with the lake setting and I find the property stress free.

I will be sad to leave this home but its time for us to move on and I now need to be nearer to family.
