We really love our apartment, we think it’s fantastic for lots of reasons and we are only selling so we can move over to the Folkestone area. We have been happy here for the last 6 years and in that time made lots of improvements. We have replaced the bathroom, modernised the kitchen and generally re-decorated. At the time we bought this we had considered some other apartments in George Roche road area, but we went for this as the space it has is absolutely fantastic. Apart from the space and the apartment itself there are lovely communal gardens which are very well maintained and also a garage. The location here is brilliant we love living so close to the City centre.
