I am pleased to be able to give you a few words about my last fifteen years I have lived here. It’s lovely being able to walk down to the nearby Rylston Gardens to listen to the evening concerts. Taking the grandchildren for ice-creams and a game of crazy golf has proved ever popular. The family, when staying with us have found the access to the beach superb and if any energy still needs to be burnt off following a day at the seafront, then a walk along the coastal path or a game in the local park are both available. The apartment block is well managed and kept beautiful all year round. The communal gardens at the rear look as far out to sea as the eye can see. I’m sure whoever comes here in the future will relish the peaceful lifestyle that this apartment offers you all.
