The flat is very unusual as it has south and westerly sea views from every window. The high ceilings in the open-plan front room and master bedroom provide a lovely sense of space, and there is plenty of built-in storage. There is a bike store for when you fancy a ride along the seafront to the Marina for lunch. I’ve lived in the Brunswick district for over ten years and I think, maybe somewhat biased, that this is the best part of the City to live in. There are great coffee shops, restaurants and boutique shops at the top of the Square. Waitrose is just round the corner and you can easily still walk into the centre of town from here. In the summer it’s delightful to sit in the Square with a coffee, or take a bottle of wine down to the beach to watch the sun going down.
