What really attracted me to this flat was the large living space it offers, provided with the knowledge that I can always park just outside on the allocated parking space.

I also like the fact that from here it is just a short walk to the town centre, and on to the sea front where there is plenty of cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbour.

I have rented the flat out recently and it always achieved £575 per calendar month, but am now looking to sell and it will be chain free.
