Pulling off the road and continuing up the driveway you will see the pretty gardens and start to forget about all life’s hustle and bustle.
The beautiful building dates back to the early 1900's and has been sympathetically added to over the years, and is now a lovely quiet block of apartments. At the rear of the building this ground floor maisonette has its own entrance which leads you into a delightful conservatory that looks out across not only your own private garden, but the well-kept communal lawned garden beyond.
The lounge with its high ceilings is a lovely place to relax in and enjoy spending time, and when friends and family descend on you there is room to pull the table out and get them sitting round to catch up on all the news.
Both bedrooms are great sizes with the master having built-in wardrobes, while the second has a shower en suite, so there is ample space for you and any guests.
The main bathroom has been spruced up and offers a modern and contemporary space which will allow you to soak away all those daily stresses.
Sit outside in the well kept private garden and enjoy the sunshine, and if you enjoy a good BBQ just throw open the conservatory doors and get out the burgers -then see who is around to join you!
The communal garden is also another wonderful area, with a range of shrubs and plants that residents have lovingly planted and which have made it a stunning and peaceful outlook for all.
What the Owner says:
When I found this place I knew I was in for a treat – the lead up to the property really makes you feel like you’re driving down a country lane to a manor house - and yet you have the village moments away. Adding on the conservatory soon after I came here was a bonus: it’s one of my favourite rooms as it looks out over the gardens where you can see an abundance of wildlife throughout the year. With no one overlooking you it is easy to forget you are in a block of apartments.
I like to go away a lot so it’s great to know the property will be safe to lock up and leave. With my lovely neighbours on hand if needed, and the fact the property is nice and secure means I don’t have to worry about anything when I’m off gallivanting.
