Folkestone was a place I used to visit on a regular basis. The time came when I needed to down size as I had a property with a garden too large for me to handle. Just be chance I saw a newspaper article advertising some flats in Folkestone with sea views but the renovation work on them was far from finished. I decided to meet with the builders and took a look at the plans and my mind was made up. The character, the space and of course the sea views are fantastic and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past 12 years.
