I bought this flat, brand new and off plan, in 2008. I liked the developer's vision for the area with all of its green, open spaces and communal areas and the reality looked even better than the plan.

The block is sleek and modern and the flat itself has two double bedrooms, a decent well fitted kitchen area and a gorgeous bathroom which is both spacious and extremely well appointed.

This area is very nice at the moment and, over the coming years, I am sure will get even better and would prove a great first time buy or an investment.
