Having lived in this flat in the Seven Dials area for over 10 years, I will be very sad to move out. No other area in Brighton comes close (I know, I've lived all over Brighton & Hove). The area is very vibrant & cosmopolitan and has seen much improvement in my time here. However, now having a family means we need somewhere bigger. In terms of location, it doesn't get any better. Town centre is 10 mins walk, Brighton station 5 minutes, lots of parks (Preston Park, St Anne's, Hove Park) all on your doorstep, and access to the A23 & A27 is really easy as well. Quiet street with great amenities within a stone's throw! I will miss it very very much indeed!
