When I bought the property a few years ago, it really was the size and style of the accommodation that attracted me. I had viewed several flats in Noak Bridge and this was by far my favourite, especially because of the semi-open plan design of the lounge and kitchen.

I also liked the property because it provided plenty of storage. There's not just a loft but a large storage area to the landing which is shared with next door and it is great for storing things such as bikes.

I have obviously put my own mark on the place by decorating and the time has come for me to upsize with my partner. As we do like the area, we are looking to stay in Noak Bridge or very close by.
