What I liked most when I saw this flat was the size of all the rooms. There's a welcoming wide hallway with all the rooms coming off it, giving a real feeling of space.

I also love to spend afternoons in the garden enjoying the sun.

It's easy to get everywhere from here, by car or by the Loop bus route and there's always the convenience shops in St Peters for those last minute bits and pieces. I hope the next owners will enjoy their time here.
