We literally snapped this flat up the day it came on the market and we almost don’t want to go as it has been such lovely home to us. It's so much more than just a flat on the High Street. With a wall to wall huge garden that gets the sun from dawn til dusk and lots of living space and storage, it has felt more like a house. There is rear access at ground level to Cotmandene as well as a front door exit to the High Street so it is so central for everything. We've even counted the steps to the nearest pub (we make it 39). It is also amazingly quiet despite it's central location. The skylights mean that the flat is always filled with natural light - so much so, we often think we've left the light on! It will be a real shame to move on but it's time to let someone reap the rewards of living here.
