The location was perfect for me which was what initially attracted me to the property, and I wanted to be within walking distance to the seafront and local shops at Goring.The apartment is on the top floor and there is no work to do as it was only built approximately 8 years ago. It is compact and would be ideal for a First Time Buyer or Investor.Sadly I am now moving after only being here for a short time as i now need to go abroad.I hope the next owners will be as happy living here!
