This was always bought as a second home, we chose it as it has a very secure feel, it was very quiet, had lots of space and the views speak for themselves. In the time that we have owned the property we have decorated throughout, fitted a new boiler and replaced the windows at the rear.

The location is very convenient with the town centre, the station and The Leas all within close proximity. On a personal level it has also been very convenient for work and family. We have found the bus service to be second to none providing easy access to Hythe, Canterbury, Ashford and even Hastings!
