My mother had bought this flat from new about 12 years ago. She loved living here and you could be as sociable as you chose to be with friendly residents. Games evenings in the communal area might be a favourite for you, with maybe a spot of bridge or scrabble, and local events are arranged if you wanted to get involved. The flat always felt safe with the secure entry phone system and emergency pull cords throughout the flat. The location is great and the development is incredibly quiet. Parking wont be a problem as there are loads of spaces for residents and visitors alike. The balcony is great as it overlooks the rear gardens and not many of the flats have this benefit. The flat is now empty so we could accommodate a quick sale if required.
Closing date for receipt of Best Offers is Monday 18th July 2016 at 12pm. Please refer to the Bid Pack within the Full PDF brochure link provided below, for a full explanation of the process.
