I've lived here for 5 years and it has been a fantastic place to live. I've been able to commute to London, Gatwick and Brighton with ease and not only is the train station, shops, pubs and restaurants in Purley less than a 10 minute walk away so is the countryside with Riddlesdown at the top of the hill.
The lounge and dining area were what sold the place to me and they're perfect for entertaining and having people round and after a hard day the bathroom has been the perfect place to relax too. There's plenty of storage space both in the hallway and the bathroom which has been great as I have lots of clothes and shoes and you can easily fit a triple floor to ceiling wardrobe in one bedroom and a double in the other.
