When I was looking to purchase my next home, this block was in the process of being built and I was immediately struck with what a high spec it was being built to.
I also especially liked the fact that the position of the apartment within the block means it is very quiet with no road noise.
I always felt secure here as there is a main video controlled entrance door opening into the lobby where you will find your post box and lift.

Most recently I have rented the property out to a fantastic tenant who has looked after this home very well.

For me, this has been a great home as well as a sound investment.
