Having your own private entrance is great as it gives you a useful area for kicking off your shoes and coats when you arrive home. My home is pet friendly which was really important to me and was one of the reasons I moved here.The garden is a real plus as you can sit outside and relax in your own private space. The location is very convenient for just about everything you need… Station, buses and shops.
