We purchased this property as an investment and over the years have had no problem renting it out. We chose it because it is in such good condition and being modern the need for costly maintenance was very unlikely. It was also due to its location as we knew it would suit anyone whether they did or didn't drive. In terms of what Folkestone has to offer, it offers a lot! The amenities are excellent, likewise so too are its transport links especially with the high speed trains to London and better still, being on the coast in the warmer months the beach is a pleasure to spend time at.
