When we were looking to buy 4 years ago, we could only afford flats and looked at loads. As soon as we saw this one we knew it was the one for us. It was so much bigger than anything else we had seen, in particular the huge living/kitchen area.

The high ceilings throughout also gave a real feel of space. It was in very good condition, so we have had to do very little, other than re-vamp the kitchen.

It has proved to be a great place to live, it is surprisingly quiet, yet so convenient as everything is on our doorstep.

It is now time for us to move onto a house and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
