On a day out we parked up outside the property and happened to notice there was a For Sale sign outside. One quick phone call to the agent, a viewing was organised and we soon became the owners! Some things are meant to be and this certainly was.

We love the location, being so close to The Leas is a true pleasure with walks and sea views that never lose their charm. The convenience of this property is also brilliant as you are within walking distance of the town centre, the station with its fast links to London, the harbour and the beach.
