I’ve always loved the fabulous views and the amount of space that the flat offers. I like the fact that it’s such a safe location. It’s like a separate community yet within easy reach of the city if you need it.

The development was only built in 2013 so there is a large amount of the NHBC guarantee remaining so there should never be any maintenance issues. The Kemp Town race course is just up the road if you fancy a flutter and Kemp Town itself is always a great place to visit for quirky shops or cafes.
