I bought the apartment some sixteen years ago and felt so lucky to find the home and, to find it in Midhurst where we enjoy the shopping facilities, and also where I sing in the local church choir. When I walked into the entrance hall I knew it was the right apartment for me, it just felt right.For me first floor was a big attraction, I like the elevated views and the additional security of being first floor, for when I forget to shut a window.I hope the new owner will enjoy the apartment as much and for as long as I have, it really is a smashing place and everyone is so lovely to get on with.
