I bought this apartment 3 years ago because I wanted a base in Kent which was luxurious and secure. The location is great with tree lined walkways and lovely river views, these are two of the things I have really enjoyed. I went for the highest specifications on the finish inside and I really feel this shows off well compared to other properties of a similar type. The secure gated underground parking was also a real buying point for me. It's great to park and then use the internal door to go up in the lift home.
