When we were looking to buy 2 years ago we were on a very limited budget so buying a share in a brand new property in such a fantastic location seemed a much better option than buying a small, older style house in the back streets of Gillingham. We absolutely love living here. The apartment is such a pleasant place to live and we really enjoy the river views as it is such a tranquil an beautiful setting. Being so new we have had to very little other than decorate.

Now that we can afford to buy a house it is time for us to move on and we feel that the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
